Sometimes people will give you subtle signs that they're drowning and are in need of help. Other times it's blatant and cannot be misinterpreted. But it's difficult when the person in need of aid sits in a position of power, influence, and celebrity status. For those on the outside it may appear as usual antics and can be dismissed as they're crazy or expressing their creative mind. I call bullsh**! Those who are close and are the 'friends' need to grow a spine and get that person the help that they need before they become a casualty at their own hands.
We've witnessed this far too many times and believe it or not we're all closer than we think to someone who is drowning. They're crying out for help but we're all too focused on the wrong sh**!
