When I think of struggle, I immediately take a trip down memory lane when I graduated from college. I had this wild idea that right after the ceremony I would become this six-figure salaried employee for a company. BOY WAS I WRONG AND NAIVE!! I failed to realize that I lacked the necessary experience and there were a few life lessons that I needed. Over time I began to understand the process, how struggle works into the equation to prepare you, and give you balance to reality. The struggles you encounter required in order to survive in life because for you to stand up, you must know what it feels like to fall. Once I was able to accept this was part of the fabric woven into the many threads of life, I began to appreciate the journey.
